My background is in sports and personal training but after a back injury, I started to practice pilates and saw real benefit in it; not only for rehabilitation purposes but also for general health and fitness. I am currently studying a Bachelor of Health Science (Musculoskeletal Therapy) and I combine my knowledge of anatomy and injury rehabilitation with pilates principles to deliver a well balanced fitness program to meet the needs each individual body.
Up to five people training at the one time per instructor, each client is given individual exercises appropriate for their needs and requirements, based on their initial consultation and ongoing feedback from the client.
