Julieanne believes that Pilates should be the foundation for all other types of activities that you wish to purse, as she has seen with her clients that Pilates will improve your agility, strength and keep you feeling younger for longer.
Julieanne is professionally trained under the Pilates Method Association, she has also trained internationally in Hawaii, LA, Spain and Dubai.
Julieanne believes in living a healthy lifestyle that is accessible to everyone, her formula for good health is simple: do Pilates, walk and eat healthy. She loves using the compex as it helps her to feel confident in her bikini. Julieanne believes that looking after your health should be about being kind to your body and not “smashing it” with exercise that adds more stress to your system, but rather do exercise that you enjoy being low impact and fun!
